Do what you want, GW society has a bad sense of fashion.
Why did you make 2 threads for this? |

He means the community.
Just dye your gloves whatever color you want. Black or White doesn't mean you are the coolest person ever. It's just a color. In my opinion, Black is a terrible color. It takes all the detail out of your armor. Mix and Match dyes. Find a color that is unique and be your own person. Don't follow the crowd. |

I personally just try to get away with purple, silver/white, or yellow on everything. Those colors are the best IMO. |

Get Destroyer Gauntlets then. Been awhile since I've seen those :P
Yeah but Chaos Gloves are extremely common these days. I see them all the time now. If you're set on getting them, dye them yellow or something. Most people do Pink, Red, or Blue nowadays. |

Extremely common because money in GW is so easy to get now a days, that things like tormented weps and such are pocket change for most people. |

Dye your gloves/armor whatever color YOU prefer. But, if you're interested in what "GW society" thinks, consider this: Coming up with a good looking dye combination for your armor will get you more "nice armor / cool color" comments than having black dyed stuff.

I hope you're not planning on getting something just to impress other people. People really don't care about what armor you're wearing or what title you've got. A unique armor combination or dye color may get some attention but I've never seen it happen.

Fight the man. Black + White. Be so much cooler than everyone else that they don't even realize you're cooler than them.

This forum needs an Agony Aunt section.
Dear Aunty Abby I bought some new gloves but no one will talk to me any more, they say I have no fashion sense. Dear Reader Take no notice people can be so cruel about these things etc etc |

I use green, yellow and silver for most of my armor sets. Like the color at the moment.
After almost 5 years everyone will have enough money. If all get an assassin char. (at the moment) everyone will have even more money... Last edited by mooi mer; Aug 03, 2009 at 11:33 AM // 11:33.. |

Green and silver mix looks really nice. The silver dye seems to bring out the armor pattern, making it look more defined/crisp. It just comes down to what you really like colour wise. Maybe experiment a few dyes to find out what suits you the most
